A dummy or simulator O2 sensor needs to be installed by turning clockwise, connecting the wire connectors, and removing the jack stand to make it down as normal. Reconnect the negative battery terminal, start your vehicle, and the engine check light will probably go off. Or wait until you drive.

It will show 0.5 volts, meaning the car is not warm enough. Start the vehicle and check the voltage, which will change with time intervals. 

The sensor is faulty if the volts do not change after a long car run. There is also a propane enrichment test. For a perfect result, consult a professional mechanic.
